Abstract

In this study, we use the core value of the Internet of Things (IOT) technology to combine the information of personal health daily data to develop a smart health care management system, and apply it to daily health analysis and further more on long-term care service based on an Information Communication Technology, ICT, implementation with user friendly interface. The study works on a tablet as a common platform applied to be the major front-end user interface device and develops a tablet-based application software (APP) for data establishment or information collection. With the developed tablet APP, each assist or nursing staff can quickly achieve the purpose of obtaining patient’s physiological information and records effectively. In the back-end database and all supporting parts of the system, the study implements the technology of big data analysis method to establish feature patterns on patient classification.  According to the existed resource in Taiwan National Health Insurance Research database, a few potentially simple applications were designed. Then combining with the expertise of clinical doctor, therapist and dietician to organize and analyse useful daily life information including diet, rehabilitation, exercise or sleep suggestions depend on each person’s different physiological feature patterns and classification. The study expects to enhance the designed model as an example for patient's life quality by providing most proper information on daily living.
