Transportation to Medan from Kuala Namu International Airport (KNIA) can be achieved by using the Airport Train and Airport Bus, Antar Lintas Sumatera (ALS). 
We suggest the participants to take note while using the Airport Bus (ALS). Participants must ride the bus with destination to Gagak Hitam or Ringroad.
Pick up will be focused only on 2 (two) spots: Medan Train Station and Pool ALS Airport Shuttle, Ring Road Medan Jl. Gagak Hitam, Medan.

All authors are expected to upload their papers by the date mentioned above. In addition, we would also like to announce discount price for authors with multiple papers as follows:

• Single Paper = IDR 2,500,000
• 2 Papers = IDR 4,500,000
• 3 Papers = IDR 6,500,000

We would like to inform you that the committee of SEMIRATA-ICST 2018 also provides assistance for selected scopus-indexed international journal submission (Rank Q3). In order to be available for this service, authors must and agree to:

1. Participate as an author in SEMIRATA-ICST 2018 (by providing your payment receipt)

2. Submit your paper using the templates provided (details will be given soon)

3. Authors will have to pay in case of any additional fee regarding the journal submission and publishing

The committee will also select several well-written papers to be submitted for this purpose.
