The International Conference on Electrical, Telecommunication, and Computer Engineering (ELTICOM) is an established forum for presenting, discussing, and demonstrating current research on electrical, telecommunication and computer engineering. Each year the conference brings together scholars recognized for their work’s innovative nature, their contributions to the rigor of theory and relevance of practice, their focus on important and timely topics, and the quality of their writing.

The 7th International Conference on Electrical, Telecommunication and  Computer Engineering 2023 (ELTICOM 2023) will take place on 13 - 14 Descember 2023 in Medan, Indonesia. The special focus is Sustainable and Resilient Communities with Smart Technologies. The conference’s main organizer is the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, University of Sumatera Utara, Indonesia.
