The first ELTICOM conference was proposed by the University of Sumatera Utara (USU), Medan-Indonesia in 2015. The second ELTICOM was conducted by Chung Yuan Christian University (CYCU) in 2016. This 3rd ELTICOM is hosted by University of Sumatera Utara (USU) and supported by Chung Yuan Christian University (CYCU) (Taiwan), Mapúa (Philippines), and Kansai University (Japan). The ELTICOM 2019 is the forum for engineers, academicians, and scientists around the world to expose their research, ideas and innovations. The ELTICOM 2019 will feature keynote speakers and oral presentations with the theme “Advanced Technologies to Support Industrial Revolution 4.0”.
