International Conference on Mathematical Analysis and Its Applications 2022

Sumatera Utara

October 14, 2022 – October 16, 2022

In recent years, mathematical analysis is one of the main issues in research in the field of Mathematics. This is mainly because the topics in this field have several important applications, especially in the fields of sciences and engineering. For example, efforts to describe the motion of the planets led to the appearance and development of the theory of calculus and the theory of differential equations. The problem in Civil Engineering and cartography gave rise to the Calculus of variations and differential geometry. Modern science needs continuous to increase the development of mathematical analysis.

For developing the field of mathematical analysis and its applications, researchers need to be actively involved in research programs that address emerging theoretical needs in micrology, materials science, photonics, quantum field theory, complex fluids, and condensed matter physics. For this matter, we from the Master and Doctoral Degree Programs in Mathematics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Sumatera Utara, in collaboration with the Indonesian Mathematical Analysis Community (KAMINDO) took a part to initiative and organize an international seminar on Mathematical Analysis, to discuss new developments and its applications. In this case, we organize this activity in the form of the "International Conference on Mathematical Analysis and Its Applications".
