1. Introduction

Thank you for your interest in submitting your work to the conference. The conference adopts a two-stage submission process:

1. Abstract Submission (Before Conference)
2. Full Paper Submission (After Conference Presentation)

Authors are required to submit an abstract first for review and acceptance. Accepted abstracts will be invited to present during the conference. After the conference, presenters may submit a full paper for publication consideration.
