Editorial Policy

FOCUS AND SCOPE

The aim of the 4th ICOSOP 2022 is to provide an international forum for the sharing, dissemination, and discussion of research, experience, and perspectives in social and political science, especially under the theme "Human Security and Agile Government". The conference invites original research articles and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The whole spectrum of research are welcome, which includes to the following topics:

  • Good government, civil society, public services;
  • Global competition and entrepreneurship;
  • Development and mass conflict, green movement and climate change;
  • Politics and world business, war and geopolitics;
  • New media and culture, policy communication, theraupetic communication;
  • Information and communication technology for social welfare;
  • Poverty and marginalisation, social works, social change and social transformation;
  • Local wisdom and ecology survival, natural resources and environmental policy;
  • Sustainable development;
  • Agile government, public health, pandemic challenge.

PEER REVIEW PROCESS

The submitted manuscript is first reviewed by an editor. It will be evaluated whether it is suitable for 4th ICOSOP 2022 focus and scope. There is a single or double blinded peer review (regarding the stage of the workflow process), to ensure an independent and transparent process between authors and reviewers. The entire peer review process is within 2 or 3 weeks after abstract/manuscript submission, according to the number of submitted manuscripts. Reviewers' comments are then sent to the corresponding author for necessary actions and responses. The Editor shall inform you of the results of the review as soon as possible. Afterward, the editor will send the final decision to the corresponding author.

PLAGIARISM POLICY AND PUBLICATION ETHICS

All work in the manuscript sent to the 4th ICOSOP 2022 should be avoided of any plagiarism, falsification, fabrications, or omission of significant material. All articles submitted to the conference first undergo a plagiarism check before being sent to our scientific committee for review. The submission will be automatically rejected at any time if found plagiarized.
