Peer Review Process
- The Editor(s) shall be responsible for:a. ensuring that all files are submitted in the appropriate format(s);
- informing authors about the Journal’s guidelines, manuscript templates and the needfor correct preparation of their PDF files. The journal’s web site contains detailedadvice on preparing PDFs, which must be brought to the attention of all authors;
- providing supplementary material (if any) (e.g. preface) to be included in the Work;
- informing authors about the IOP Publishing Proceedings Publication Licence inaccordance with clause 3 above. Further, on submission of a paper for inclusion in theWork the Editors must confirm with the authors that the Paper will be published inaccordance with the Proceedings Publication Licence and the Editors should alsoconfirm this fact with authors at acceptance too;
- ensuring that authors have applied for, and obtained, permission to reproduce inelectronic form (and print form, where appropriate) any copyright materials to beincluded in the Work. It is the responsibility of individual authors to obtain copyrightpermission; the Publisher’s staff are unable to undertake this on their behalf. Failureto obtain copyright permissions can result in significant delays to publication.Copyright permissions must be supplied to the Publisher at the same time as theelectronic files and no later than the Submission Date;
- ensuring all papers are peer reviewed in accordance with the Publisher’s Peer ReviewPolicy referred to in Appendix A;g. providing a table of contents, as outlined in the Appendix.

The presentations that make up the current and archived conferences on this site have been made open access and are freely available for viewing, for the benefit of authors and interested readers.
