Emerging Research in Computer Science and Information Technology in Digital Transformation

Over the past few years, the relentless advancements in technology have revolutionized the way we live, work, and interact in modern society. From the way we communicate and access information to the methods we use for conducting business and engaging in entertainment, the digital landscape has become a significant part of our lifestyle. This digital transformation has not only impacted the individual level but has also brought about sweeping changes on a global scale. While these transformation offers advantage to our society, it also presented its own set of challenges and concerns. As our reliance on digital systems grows, it is responsibility to safeguard its use to benefit the society. Issues related to data privacy, cybersecurity, misinformation, and the impact of recent AI technology are some of the main topics that needed to be observed, discussed, and improved.

The International Conference on Computing and Applied Informatics 2025 is aimed to facilitate researchers to improve their research. The objective of this event is to provide an environment for participating researchers to communicate, discuss, and collaborate in this event. As the host of this prestigious event, The Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Universitas Sumatera Utara, would like to invite fellow researchers and academia all around the world to participate and collaborate.
