All papers will be published in E3S Web of Conferences (SCOPUS indexed conference series)

Author Guidelines

Preparing your paper

Authors are asked to prepare their papers using Microsoft Word, according to the guidelines and templates.

Abstract Guidelines

  1. Abstract should be written in English
  2. Abstract should be 150-200 word, with maximum 5 keywords
  3. Abstract should be written in single spaced, TNR 9

Full Paper Guidelines

When preparing your paper ensure that you follow the author guidelines . When preparing your paper please check that:

  1. Paper size is 17 x 25 cm.
  2. Margins are 2.4cm (top), 2cm (left and right) and 1.6cm (bottom).
  3. The paper includes the author name and affiliation (full address including country).
  4. There are no page numbers, or headers and footers, within the paper.
  5. Figures are placed within the text, not collected at the end of the document.
  6. A thorough proof read is conducted to check standard of English and ensure wording is clear and concise.
  7. The page limit is ten (10) pages.
  8. The quality of the digital images should have an original high-resolution, at least 300 dpi for figures that will be printed, and at least 150 dpi for an online only publication
  9. At least one author of each article should attend to the conference
  10. A maximum of two articles per author is accepted
  11. Register your file under a suitable name (lastnameauthor_contryID.docx)

Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

CSSPO Conference is intolerant to any act of plagiarism. Authors are expected to submit original work with proper citation to the work of others. Should any plagiarism is detected in a work, editors has the right to do this following actions:

  1. Reject the submitted article
  2. Report the violation to affiliated institution(s)
  3. Provide the information regarding the violation to any academic institution
  4. Publish the information regarding the violation to public

Program Presentations

  1. Allocated time for Oral Presentations will be no longer than 7 minutes. You will get 5 minutes for questioning and answering. All together you will be given 12 minutes.
  2. A technical assistant will be on hand for equipment problems and operations if required.
  3. Ensure that you are available at least 30 minutes before the session starts on the days of the conference.
  4. All presentations must run on the Windows operating system. The Laptop and Multimedia Projector will be available. The recommended software to be used is Microsoft PowerPoint.
  5. Send your PowerPoint presentation to the conference official email 7 days before the conference.
