Although, advances in chelation therapy and regular blood transfusion have marked improvements in the life expectancy of patients with thalassemia major, these patients still have to deal with several complications. Endocrine abnormalities are well-recognized problem in these iron-overloaded patients. In this manuscript, we presented a case of multiple endocrinopathies-related thalassemia major.
