GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR WRITING

International Journal of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma consist of scentific work in the form of research or case report related with Carcinoma Nasopharynx , including :

  1. Early detection of nasopharyngeal carcinoma
  2. Management of nasopharyngeal carcinoma
  3. Holistic care for patient of nasopharyngeal carcinoma
  4. Diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma
  5. Nutrition in cancer
  6. Cancer problem in tropical diseases
  7. Alternative aspect in cancer treatment

A. General Instructions

The article are written in English and have never been published or not in the process of regular scientific publication or proceedings. The editor will assess the feasibility of the script and send it to International Journal of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma to be reviewed. A script that need to be revised in format or contents will be returned to the author to be corrected, while the rejected articles will be returned to the author.

B. Writing Paper Instructions

The article is typed with using MS Word,   under the condition: Times New Roman, 12 of font size, 1.5 of space, in A4 paper with 2.5 cm of margins.

  1. Title and Author Name Title composed maximum of 20 words . The name of each author written down in sequence according to its contribution for the artcle and written complete without using title. The affiliation of author are written too. Annotation number behind the name each author to distinguish different affiliation.
  2. Abstract The abstract is written in English with total maximum 200 words. The abstract have to be concise and obvious, so it make the reader understand the content of the article without reading all over paper. Keyword (3-5 words) is placed below abstract.
  3. The ArticleThe article is arranged based on the following subtitle : Introduction, MethodsResults and Discussion, and   Conclusion.

 

Introduction

Includes background of research, the objectives of the research, and the information of literature review.

Method

Describe the sampling technique , the data collection and the statistics analysis. Data Assessment Method explained in concise. If there the specifications tool and material (company name / catalog number) are listed too.

Results and Discussion

Describe the results of the research. The unit of measurement used referring to International System (SI), written in official abbreviation form (eg: mm, cm, m, g, kg, s). The temperature displayed in Celsius level (ºC), pressure blood in mmHg.

The tables ares served in consecutive numbers after the word “Table -", accordingly with order the mention in the article. Each tables are given a name  as the title, and every column are given subtitle . The explanation about the tables and abbreviations used in table written on the table legend in under table, not on title of the table. The maximum total of the tables in the script are 6 tables.

Pictures could be inserted to in article and should be have number after the word " Picture -" which made in sequence, corresponding with order of it in the article and also have title . The picture legend is positioned below to explain the information of the picture. In order to get a good quality, the pictures should shipped separate in form extension ".tiff" or ".jpeg" with minimum resolution of 150 dpi. If the picture is a photo of patients or a published photo, it should accompanied a written permission from publisher or concerned. The maximum picture in each article are 6 pieces.

Discussion

Describe about the result after the findings of the research were compared with findings of the literature. We forcefully ask you not to repeat the explanation which has been be included on Results.   The message of whole article is affirmed on Conclusion.

Bibliography

The bibliography is written referring to Vancouver (superscript) style, i.e. to give number corresponding with the order of appearance in the text. The literature used is published lastly on 10 years, and minimum of 15 pieces and not more from 50 literatures. Mostly of the reference should be sourced from article which is published in scientific journal.
