Poster Information
ICBSB 2017 is accepting participation for the Poster session during the conference on Wednesday, 23 August 2017 besides participation as oral presenter with the following conditions :
- A standard-sized easel will be provided and exhibition spot will be managed by the committee.
- The poster size is 75x90 cm.
- Contents are systematically presented as follows: Title, Affiliation (Institution, Address, Email, Corresponding Author, Abstract (no more than 250 words), Introduction, Results & Discussions, References and Acknowledgment.
- The committee accepts only posters that are ready to display, content and printing are participant’s consideration..
Post-conference Tour
We are pleased to offer a post-converence tour to all participants who wish to witness the panoramic beauty of Danau Toba. The informations regarding the tour are arranged as follows:
Highlight/ Destination : Danau Toba
Track : Medan – Pematang Siantar – Parapat – Samosir Island (Night stay) – Parapat – Kuala Namu International Airport – Medan
Depart : August 24th2017, Arya Duta Hotel, 5:30am
Return : August 25th2017, Leave at10:00 am,destination Kuala Namu
Airport (15.00 pm)-and Medan(17:00 pm)
Rates : 800.000 IDR per person
Facilities : Transportation (Bus & Ship), Accomodation (Traditional Hotel for one night, two persns a room or by request), Meals (2x Breakfast, 1x Lunch and 1x Dinner)

The Abstract acceptance already closed.
For the Author/delegate who wants to join the conference but has not submitted abstract yet, the committee still accepts full paper until June 30th .
