Full Paper length should be 4 pages at maximum including figures, tables, references, and appendices. Submitted paper should follow the standard IEEE conference proceedings templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX format on A4 size page (Paper Form Template) along with copyright transfer form (copyright transfer form). All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore for which at least one author is required to register and present the paper in the conference.
